Arroz Oriental con Productos Maggi®

  • 200 Gr Rice grade 1
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 15 g salt
  • 400 ml of hot water
Egg pancakes:
  • 1 egg
  • 5 cc vegetable oil
Ingredients for the cooked rice:
  • 30 Gr of soy boats
  • 20 Gr of radish sprouts
  • 20 gr of pea sprouts
  • 80 gr of bacon cut into brunoise
  • 2 packages of medium scallion finely chopped
  • 1 medium red onion in eighths (cut the eighths in half)
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 50 ml of soy
  • 3 grams Maggi Beef Broth.
  • 100cc of hot water
  • 1 egg (to make some egg-only pancakes)
  • Garnish: finely chopped chives (green part)

    Rice preparation:

    In a saucepan, add the oil and bring it to medium heat.

    Add the rice to the pot and fry for a minute

    Add salt, hot water. Cover for about 15 to 18 minutes, turn off the heat and reserve.

    Egg crepes preparation :

    Crack the egg and put it in a bowl, beat it. Reserve

    Pre-heat a frying pan and empty the egg. Cook on both sides until golden brown and set aside.

    Then, once cold, cut into julienne strips and incorporate when the rice is almost ready with the other ingredients.

    In a wok put the olive oil add the red onion next to the white part of the chives and the bacon. Sauté until golden.

    Add the rice and add the soy and the Maggi Beef Broth diluted in the 100 cc of water until it is well hydrated.

    Once mixed, add the sprouts and julienne strips of egg crepes.

    Mount on a plate and decorate with finely chopped chives.
